Today, with so many people physically (I won’t call it Social) distancing there is a mad scramble by organizations to support their employee learning needs. However, much appears to be in the form of formal efforts like online learning and virtual training. These each have value of course but there are some easier, more natural ways to support learning that are being overlooked – social ways.
James Tyer, my co-author for the forthcoming book Social By Design, and I met, discussed, collaborated, and crafted a 1-page tool for you to think and act differently as leaders in your organizations to encourage greater connection and sharing. We hope you find the Social Learning @ Work – Quick Start Guide useful in helping your employees and your organization stay connected to continuously learn.
