The Social/Systems 5-Day Accelerator

Are you looking to make a positive impact on your team, department, and organization by identifying and resolving systemic issues that hinder collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning?

This 5-day online Accelerator is task-based and made to work within your schedule and is designed to introduce you to a processes that will help you bring about organizational systems change for social change. You’ll engage with a community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for creating a highly collaborative environment.

The SxD Accelerator unfolds as follows:

– Each day, you will receive a short pre-recorded video (< 10 minutes) that you can access at your convenience. These videos will focus on instructions, recommendations, and inspiration for that day’s task.

– A small task will be presented each day that will progressively move you from identifying opportunities to mapping a change, assessing impacts, and planning implementation.

– You will have access to a forum with like-minded peers in the cohort where you can post and receive feedback and input.

– Optional live gatherings will be scheduled where your guide will engage the group, summarize the challenges, and give you an opportunity to reflect on your progress.

Here’s what you can expect from the SxD Challenge:

– Skills in identify collaboration inhibitors, developing a viable solution, evaluate and create an implementation plan.

– Opportunities to connect with and learn from your peers.

– useful tools to help you apply what you’ve learned in the flow of your workday.

– A supportive and inclusive environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of system related inhibiters, approaches to make modifications and tools to use within your own organization.
