I’m passionate in my practice and pragmatic in my approaches. For more than 15 years I have led the design and development of solutions involving formal, informal and social learning. I promote the use of collaborative technologies and user-generated content to extend training, enhance peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and encourage informal learning channels. My efforts have altered conventional beliefs about organizational development and have helped improve execution, increase agility, and the embrace of emerging technologies.
